The CPR event is taking place over the Bank Holiday weekend 25th and 26th August, I’m looking for help with marshals etc on both days, on Saturday I need help for the 10k which starts at 12:30 and the Cross Country which starts at 16:30. Then on Sunday we have the Half Marathon at 09:00 and the 1 mile time trial at 13:00.

If you can help out could you please let me know.

Thanks

Phil

Yo boss of all things running and general God of Croups!
Please put the balls down for marshals at the 10k at 12.30pm on Saturday. :)
Thanks for organising everything yet again.
We would be lost without you.

This year's CPR was the proverbial "game of 2 halves".
Having just returned home from the Half Marathon, which was held in torrential rain, is does need to be repeated just how wonderful all our volunteers are.
THANK YOU!

Massive thanks to Phil his time keepers and of course all the Marshals and supporters.
I like running in the rain but that was wild.
My first CPR and I really enjoyed it,everyone encouraging each other was something else !. And I didn't Need CPR at the finish which was a bonus.
Looking forward to the bbq and a few beers.
Cheers all.

Many thanks to all involved in the CPR event over the weekend. I heard it was the best race on the calendar, I was dubious but now I'm converted! 😀

Huge shout out to those who stood in the pouring rain on Sunday to offer support and encouragement. Thanks a million. xxx
