I plan on running 16 miles on Sunday. However, to give me the best chance of actually completing it, I plan on starting from Café Castan at 8am to avoid the worst of the weather  ! I'll be aiming to run anywhere between 8 to 8.5 min per mile. So if anyone is up for an early morning and would like to join me, please let me know. Went on my own last week and going 1.5 hrs earlier was well worth it! Taff Trail is well sheltered as well.

Thanks, Aine. Well you lucky people - you can now run, in inspirational company, at either 8.00 or 9.30! What other club provides a service like that? So if you're reading this and not a member, just print out a club membership form ASAP!

Also a small group of us going out at 8:30 from Cafe Castan heading South down the Taff around the Barage. c. 10 miles at 9 - 9:30 min miles.

I’ll be at Cafe Castan for 09:30, and see who’s there, up for a few miles, I’ll most probably run over it’s easier.
