As you may have seen on another thread, Leckwith track will be unavailable after tomorrow (Mon 16 July).
And for some, Tracey in particular, £4.20 is an unacceptably high price to pay when we can train in the park for free!
Training this Tuesday is similar to our winter sessions, namely 5 x 1 km at 5km pace.
I propose we meet at Llandaff Rugby club at 6.30, from where we can collectively decide where to do the session:
Maybe on the apine road, maybe in Llandaff Fields, depending on "traffic". We can collectively warm up for a 7.00 PM start. See you there.

Hope to be there. As I'll be jogging over from work (city centre), I will meet you at the start of the session rather than running all the way to the club. I'll assume its at the stables on the Spine Road then. If its different please post here or on the forum. I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks.

For those who normally do the track sessions on a Tuesday - with the track now being closed the sessions will move over to the parks. Tonight's session is 5 x 1K, so there are two options, we normanlly start at the parkrun start and do the session around the parkrun course (ie 0-1K, 1-2K, 2-3K, 3-4K and 4-5K) and take the recovery at the Km points, alternatively you could do the session between 2-3K each time and use the jog between 3K and 2K as the recovery.

Some of the faster group are meeting at the parkrun start at 6pm and some at 7pm.

So I suggest posting here to show your intentions.

Plan on getting to rugby club 6:30-6:40pm for a warmup and then start k-reps on Parkrun course at 7pm. Aiming for ~3:50min/km if anyone looking for similar group to run the intervals in.
