On 21 July Maesteg parkrun will be celebrating its 1st anniversary. A colleague of mine at work is the run director and she has asked if I could spread the word. They will be celebrating with a “Party in the Park” with cakes, music and fun.
A few of us did the parkrun earlier this year and it is a nice but testing 4 lap course!

Hello and yes, you are quite right. An excellent park run course!
Lots of fun too.
However, I am booked to go cycling with Alan M (light foot) at 9am that day.
We are testing the water with going tandem styley!
Highly recommend that course though. :)
