Hello,

I clearly need to stretch more.. after a physio on monday its clear.. now what i need is some effective routine that can be done
a) in 5-6 mins per day..
b) for 30 mins or so in evening on a recovery day..

anyone got any decent references..

Depends on which bits you want to stretch! Feed search terms into YouTube & there's stacks of examples.

Sciatic nerve stretches, for example, are best done last thing at night on a recovery day, after hot shower, bath or sauna. It allows the sciatic nerve to settle down overnight.

Saying that, stretching for maintenance is great but don't stretch something just because it is tight. It will be tight for a reason and just stretching it may cause further issues...
