Thank you everyone for a nice turnout this morning.
Excellent preparation run for the Castles - not least because the long term forecast is for this weather to continue to next weekend. Worth remembering as it was noticeable how many runners made little adjustment for the weather at London Marathon. Sound judgement can be the decisive factor as to whether we win or lose.
