...apologies if this has been said elsewhere.... apparently VMLM organisers are advising that you apply in the general ballot (which closes 5pm tomorrow, Friday) if your GFA time is within 5 minutes of the qualifying time (ie if you are a woman aged 40-44 and your GFA time is 3:45:30, then you should also stick a ballot entry in). So maybe next year GFA will be dropped by 5 min per age cat again then ?
