I was really proud to be part of such a spirited hardworking team yesterday!

We were up against some of the most talented runners in the country, most of which were seniors.

Both the ladies and men had a really good go at what was an incredibly competitive event on a really tough course!

Roll on the Masters on the 28th, this was fantastic prep for that!

It would be great if we could get a team together for this event every year.

Well done all and many thanks to Phil for organising! Smile

Thanks to everyone who came up to Sutton Park yesterday, it was good to be back up there, we were the 2nd ranked Welsh team in both and the only Cardiff based team to take part.

I hope that now we have reacquainted ourselves with this prestigious event we will continue to have it on our schedule and plan ahead for our 2019 trip to Sutton Park.

In the Men's 12 stage event there were 69 starting teams and we finished a very credible 39th, so putting us just outside the top half. The Ladies did really well placing 28th from a starting 54 teams so just missing out on a top half finish.
