There is only one choice its thursday has to be the 10.. come on you know it makes sence..

i'd like to run the 10 at 7min to 7:15 pace or i'm happy to do 1 min on / 1 min off pace..with anyone over the 10.. penylan, we could get 1.5 reps on that one..

it would a a brucie bonus.. even something for a pair of reps in this run.

Another good run last night for the 8 min/mile group but I failed to reset my watch after a pause. Any data, anyone?
