No snow forecast, so no excuse not to show up.
With loads of marathons just around the corner, the long run is super-important just now.
Lots of super company, so see you there.
And it's not just for marathon runners either - the long run is the cornerstone for any training schedule.

Springlike conditions today. Well done everyone, especially my minders Aine, Claire Jacobs, Libby and Maria. The men obviously took the soft option and ran down the bay.
