Entries open today (Friday 23 March) at 6pm for the Porthkerry 5 MT, scheduled for Sunday 13 May at 10am. Assuming it doesn't snow of course! http://www.penarthanddin...ers.co.uk/porthkerry5mt/

Entries are now open for the Black Mountains Trail Race on Sunday 21 October. The venue is once again Crickhowell and the start is 11am. Excellent race last year. It comes recommended https://element-active.co.uk/trail-race/

You cannot enter Porthkerry until 6pm.I will be booking my place later.

As the Forest of Dean spring half marathon was cancelled, we are adding their autumn half marathon on 30 September to the Off Road championships. If you had a place in the spring race I believe you can transfer to the autumn one straight away. The race is also now open for new entries.

Yes the F of D Autumn half marathon is slightly hillier than spring one. Its on 30 sept, and very easy to transfer your entry on the F of D website- I`ve just done it.
If you take no action the organisers are automatically transferring entries to the rescheduled date in April,
If neither date is suitable you can also swop the entry to next years spring half as well .
There is a time limit to transfering however, the transfer option closes after 1st week in April,

Just been on the Porthkerry 5 website and there are fewer than 50 places left.

A fabulous race .... off road (mainly)...steep climbs..... long descents... picturesque....cafe...toilets....

What more could you need...?

You know you must....

Link at the top.
