Hi, I will be driving to this race. I have offered a lift to Kirsty & Molly and am waiting on their reply. So I have room for one more for definite. Please bear in mind that I will be running this slower than most of you. Maybe 3 hours 45 mins.

Does anyone have a place spare in their car for fission 20 that I could fit in? I need a lift up to race, but not coming back to Cardiff, so you don't have to wait for me to finish!😊

James, don’t think I’ll be running this Saturday, only managed 2.5 today sharp pain in my hamstring, so I had to stop and walk home.

Good luckeveryone. If you're feeling a bit bored Sunday come down and have alook at the Barry 40. You're support will be appericated and I'm sure Mick will find yiu something to do.
