I was going to brave the cold weather this morning but given the extreme temperatures and the fact I still have a bit of asthma I am going to do a long run indoors on the treadmill.

Boring but sensible I think. Would have much preferred to go for a long run with you guys.

Am seeing an asthma nurse on Tuesday. I think running hard or long distances in the cold is setting it off.

Hope to get back to normal soon although the weather is getting really cold this week!

Think it will only improve going into March though. Smile

Well done to everyone this morning.
Running in it is the best way to stay warm, especially as it looks as if it will be around for a while.
