These are getting more and more popular every week (despite the weather).
And with Spring Marathons around the corner, some members are adding on a few miles before the start, or at the end. Makes sense really.
Even though I've no intention of another marathon, a journey to Le Coq Noir is very appealing, especially in such inspiring company.

Great to see so many today. Cold but nice for long running.
I would never have run for two and a half hours on my own, so thanks everyone.

Thanks for the company PaulC. Cold and drizzly when I set-out, but the sun shone within seconds of tagging along with the Croups Massive. The Barry factor?

Ditto Sai, Lolly, Michelle and Gwynn for carrying me round the 9.4m Thursday (or '10' as I prefer to thinkit), first long club run for well over a year, even if I'd forgotten about hills..

So with the eggshell skeletals maybe on the mend, now its just the lassitudinitis and body fit for glue to worry about

Keep improving at this rate, and I may make Cutty Sark in 77 days time
