If you have been selected for this race and want to lift share please post on here and hopefully we can sort out lifts. The women's race is at 14.15 and I would suggest leaving about 12 so that you arrive in plenty of time to allow for parking and getting your number. I am sure Lisa Cleary would appreciate co-operation on this. The men's race is 12.50 so again I would aim to get there 1 hour before to give Jamie the men's team manager time to give you your number. Yes I can make Radyr easily by 12. Thank you. I just need to know where in Radyr. I am going to the club tonight so I may see Aine or Claire.
