Go on them. I've never guided anyone before but I'll help you. I won't be around for a while on Thursday but I will be at Park Run a week Saturdy. Are you planning another marathon Stu?

We better get you started off with a wee bit of guide running to see if you like it!
You might not like it, you never know but you might end up loving it like all the other lucky Guide runners!
Please let me know when you can next do a park run.
I am not able to do 21st of October but could do the next one etc etc.
