Hi, does anyone have some size 8 trainers that I could please lend for the cross country event in Llandaff fields next sat? Ladies or men's size 8! I only plan to try out the one event so don't quite want to have to buy a pair soley for it!

Reanne, I have a pair of size 7.5 XC spikes that I've never worn, I can bring them to parkrun on Saturday for you to try to see if they're any good?

Hi Jenny, Yes please! I am babysitting three nieces and newphews tonight so I don't think i'll be able to make parkrun tomorrow, but could you please bring them along and give them to Kirsty? She lives near to me so I could pick them up from her later that day. I'll bring them back with me on Monday night C25K/Hills then. Thanks! Reanne
