It's that time of the year again.
Inevitably the summer runs on the Taff Trail give way to the winter runs round Roath Park Lake.
Last Thursday's run finished in semi-darkness, and I did say that we would let you know in advance of this Thursday what route we would be doing. Although the forecast is a bit better for Thursday, I think the inevitable decision needs to be made and state that Thursday's run will be back on the winter route, for safety reasons.
That's not to say that everyone has to do it, but someone has to make a decision and communicate it, hence this post.
