Yes it's that time of the week again.
No excuses like Velathon or Triathlons in West Wales (or in my case, sleeping through alarms - sorry!)
They all pale into insignificance compared to a conversation pace run in great company.

I intend to run Mick. Need to keep my foot firmly on the gas if I am to improve! These Sunday runs are excellent and my weekends are all effectively free now.
