Many members will be aware that Firouz celebrated his 60th birthday last week, but he was working away.
Therefore, this coming Friday (2nd June) it is open house at the Birchgrove Pub in the Heath area of the city, from 7.00PM onwards. "Keep the path clear to the bar, PLEASE".

I take it you mean the Brichgrove pub on Brichgrove Rd in Brichgrove by the big junction on the winter run! Happy Brithday Mal, don't forget your bus pass!

I guess this must be the pub that has the Birchgrove on its wall. Working late but hope to make it there by 9 ish. Dont drink all the beer Croups......
