Hi all, I would be grateful if some of you could volunteer to marshal part of stage 20 i.e. at various points from the M4 underpass (Coryton) down to the finish at the ambulance HQ (where the Bannister mile starts/finishes). See the attached spreadsheet for the points where marshals will be needed. Please indicate here where you wish to marshal. Any assistance would be most appreciated. I'm sure all of the locations are covered - please don't hesitate be make suggestions if you think more locations will require marshals. Thanks. Edited by user 07 June 2017 12:30:32(UTC)

I can help, Aine. I could do the first location on the list just south of the M4 underpass. Would it also be possible to see the team lists and the stage runners? It would be nice to know who is running. Edited by user 18 May 2017 12:23:22(UTC)

Happy to Marshal stage 20 at the Sbend opposite Llandaff Rowing club. From experience I recommend at least 3 people around this area if possible. Cheers

I happy to volunteer on stage 20. For the past couple of years I have been at the Head of Penydarren Drive/Junction with Velindre Road. I would ask that there is more than one marshall here though as on a sunny day there are lots of people/cars about.

Andrea and Graham Webster are happy to marshal on stage 20. We both have bikes so can do any of the locations. Perhaps Radyr weir? Thanks.

Thanks everyone.
Sarah - can you marshal at the Parkrun junction - guide runners towards the ambulance place? We'll probably need another person there also as it can be quite busy.
Andrea and Graham - yes, Radyr Weir would be good.
Eve - yes, I'll post the updated ladies team here later.
Thanks for the suggestions for extra marshals at the S-bend and at Velindre Rd. Claire Bruce is arranging for some C25K runners to help out also so hopefully we'll have enough by the end.

Can you all marshal at the S-bend on the Taff trail opposite the rowing club. It can get very busy there and I think we'll need 3 to 4 marshals due to the blind corners.

Sorry, slight change. As I already have Michelle at the S-bend, maybe Michael can marshal at Melingriffith Water Pump?
So Alan and Loretta at the S-bend and Michael at Melingriffith Water Pump.
