WOW!
Bloody mental morning or what!!

Now that is what I call a Park Run!
Today I was totally spoilt again by a brilliant Croops Crew who got almost everyone out the way this morning!
Massive thanks to Jenny, David, Nadine, Lolly, John Payne and all the others who made my morning so special.
Thanks for flying with Croops.

I completed my 50th park run today and got a PB too.

I have been left feeling rather emotional again by my experience.

What our amazing club did for me today was very special indeed.

They facilitated a run for me that just is not possible under normal circumstances during a standard Park Run.
They ran around me the entire way around making sure I was safe.
They gave up their time shouting at everyone to get the hell out the way as we blasted our way around the course today.

This type of support is priceless and I really cannot put into words how much this meant to me today.
I am not ashamed to admit that I am crying as I write this email.
Tears of joy are trickling down my face.

Being able to power around the park run course with no one in the way without being able to see a bloody thing is a rush that cannot be explained.
Just for the record, it is not very safe LOL

I experienced a sense of freedom today that no one will understand.

All involved today must be mindful that they are amazing people who I cannot equally repay for the magnitude of what they have just done for me.
What selfless people.

Thank you to you all from the bottom of my heart.

Thanks also to Chadders who presented us all with a delicious cake this morning too.
An excellent cake indeed and a sterling effort.
Thank you very much. You are extremely kind.

Behind all of this I also have my amazing wife who support sme in everything that I do.
She really is a Saint and I would be lost without her in my life.

LC FOREVER!!!!!

Hey Stuart,
Well done mate.
Yes a great effort by all your helpers indeed.
BUT
You seem to be inspired by Les Croups club members,
I don't think you realise what a huge inspiration you are to us.
Congratulations on another achievement, only another stepping stone I am sure.

Lovely message stu,you always show so much appreciation but you need to start believing that we run with you because we choose to-as far as I'm concerned we are just a group of friends running together.
You are probably most enthusiastic runner I know so its great to share experiences with you-obviously helps that you are running a bit faster now!

Stu, I know I've already said this to you but I think you were awesome today - you absolutely gave it everything you had and deservedly smashed your PB.

As John said, we're a group of friends running together - it was great to be able to join to for your 50th celebrations, and to see you achieve your goal today.

Stu, I can confirm that several people told me today that your post made them cry.

I won't say who because I think they like being manly men, heh heh.

Stu you really are an inspiration and I love the way you are in touch with your feelings and are not afraid to show how you feel!

This reminds me of a quote I love that Jim Carrey said. I like many of his quotes but particularly this one.

"Your need for acceptance can make you invisible in this world. Don't let anything stand in the way of the light that shines through this form. Risk being seen in all of your glory."

Glad you enjoyed your run today. Smile
