If you've forgotten your password, you should now be able to reset it yourself via the "Lost Password" link on the login page.
You should get an email with a random new password within a few minutes.
You can then change it once you're logged in via the "My Profile" page and the "Change Password" link on the left under "Personal Profile".

I'm having problems trying to login, I've clicked lost password and entered the password that's been sent in the email, but its still showing password/username incorrect. I've tried with my username and with my email address, but no luck. I'm probably missing something really obvious! :) Jodie Williams

Hi Jodie, I've reset your password. You should get an email with the new one (check spam if not). You can change it to something else when you login.
Let me know if you still have trouble.

Hi Amanda I have a new email and was trying to reset my details but have somehow stuffed up! my new email is juliescholey29@gmail.comwas going to keep same password, can you reset user name/email address for me please. many thanks, julie

have now managed to creat a `new member` file with my new e-mail, but can`t use the forum to replies to posts etc,-can only do this by using my old log in-are you able to fix?thanks,julie

Have tried the Forgot Password button, but still haven't received an email containing a new random password. User name is stevespeirs. Email steve.speirs@gmail.comAny ideas?

I think I'm up to date with these now. If you forget your password you have to notify us - the automatic generation of new passwords is not operational.

I've reset your password Chris. Your username is your email address and the system will recognise that, but you can't log in without your password. You can't re-register with the same email.
Just for everyone to note. Whatever device you use, and even if you remain logged into the forum on it, you will periodically be logged out. So please make a note of your password.
Please don't re-register using different email addresses.
