Hi All

Following on from the last couple of years celebrations to mark the 63rd Anniversary of Roger Bannister's sub 4 min mile, we have decided to make this an annual event which will be held on the closest Friday to the 6th May.

We will be holding a series of 1 mile races which will take place over at Blackweir (using the monthly 1 mile Time Trial course).

The first race will be at 7.00pm, it will be £1 to run.

If you wish to take part please reply below by Thursday 4th May so that I can sort out how many races we need and who will be in each one.

Yes please Phil, the Mighty John Martin has very kindly offered me a lift.
So shift your buts one and all the Ball and Martin train is coming through!
As John quite rightly pointed out last night..we need to practice for the CPR mile :)

So much running to do, so little time.
OOO, how exciting!

Still got Thursay night club run, another Park Run and a we jog through the woods on Sunday too.

Does life get any better?!
