Bring your sun block. Will be good to get a few miles in (12 in my case) before it gets too warm. Of course we're used to it in Barrybados.

I'm hoping to be there, but will see how I feel in the morning, so if I'm not there at 9.30 don't wait for me. Only planning on doing 10 miles in any case.
