Last fell race of the year in South Wales.
Skirrid
9.6 km
520m climb
From the Skirrid inn Llanvihangel Crucorney
starting at 1400HRS
December 14th
£ 4.00 entry fee.
Bring a bum bag with jacket hat and gloves, you never know what the weather might throw at you.

Good news all you fell runners out there, the race this Saturday 14th is 3.5 miles not 6 miles,

Well done all, very windy at the start but as we made off across the field we soon warmed up, ready for the climb up , down and back up the Skirrid, followed by a fast decent to the finish.
Howard Owen 40.06 in 22 nd place
Roy Silver 40.22 in 24 th
John Magge 42.32 in 35 th
Simon Hazel 43.14 in 38 th out of 53 runners.
In the pub afterwards, free chips and a log fire and very good company, another great Saturday afternoon.
