Nice weather forecast tomorrow. Bring your sun block.
Very busy time of year, with the London Marathoners doing their last long run.
12 miles for me, to the foot of Castell Coch Hill and back.
Hope to see some of you there.

I didn't manage to do my last long run yesterday as planned, so I'll meet you all there and join Mick going up to Castell Coch hill and back, see you later boys n girls.

Thanks everyone for another great run and lovely conditions. A special thanks to Dave Williams for a very enjoyable 12, hope everyone doing 20 or 22 had a good run. Same again next week.
