We're still in endurance season.
London Marathon runners are probably still banging out 20 milers, whilst next weekend's Manchester marathoners are cutting right back. Of course, you may not be targeting anything at all, and just fancy a run in company.
I'll be running 12 to the foot of Castell Coch hill and back, and hope to see some of you there.
It should be dry but still breezy. Don't forget to put your clocks forward!

Myself and Liz Randall will there. Doing 10 miles at a very gentle pace just enjoying the sunshine and running. Keeping the legs turning over for the Cardiff Bay 10k

Thanks everyone for another inspiring run in great company.
Managed to hang on to Aine, Claire Jacobs, Janneke and Marcus to the bottom of Castell Coch Hill.
Good luck to Janneke and anyone else running Manchester next week.

Well done this morning, Mick and the group you were trying to hang on to! Neema and I had to finish early so couldn't join in and probably would have been too slow anyway!
