100 miles of misery... by tandem sit-on-top kayak!

Whats the link to running? Well when out for a run last weekend with a caving mate we decided to put into action a mad idea for this Saturday - paddle the 100 miles of the River Wye on a sit-on-top kayak. For those who know kayaks/canoes then they will be aware this is not the most rapid choice of water craft for a fun day out on the river... Anyway Martins wife thinks its worth sponsoring, so if you agree then visit just giving siteWe're aiming for around 20ish hours. The tricky part is the tidal section from Tintern down to Chepstow which we'll have to reach by around midnight for the high tide. Hopefully it will be a clear night so we'll have the moonlight. Definite stupidity! Diolch Jules
