Thanks, Chris. There will always be members going from Café Castan on a Sunday, starting at 9.30 AM, at a variety of speeds and distances. Some days there'll be races on, like this coming Sunday at the Gwent League, but with upcoming marathons there will be an increasing number of runners turning up. The best thing to do is simply turn up, make friends, and negotiate speed and distance. Chances are there will be someone doing what you want to do.

Chris,
Its good that your posting.
I often find when I post - I will be amazed if anyone will join we at this time for this pace and distance but then if find 5 people joining me, then I cannot not run. It really helps me running in a group and I'm very glad to the chaps / ladies that join the running groups - it means when its raining and I don't feel like it I still run because I've said I would.. (and generally others feel the same..).
