Former Olympic champion Ron Hill whos is 78 years young has takes a daily jog every day for 52 years but today ( 1 Feb) due to ill health has taken a day off pretty amazing! He also makes great running tights and shorts but become a bit hard find lately. At one time if you own a a pair of ron hills you were a real runner!
