Can we pick up number and pay for the handicap on the day? Will you be near the start line? (Cafe Caston)

Sorry Jeff. Can you take Julie Lewis off the start list please. She picked up a calf injury today.
She can marshal if needed, also Anne wesson would like to marshal. If needed would you let me know their duties etc.
A big thanks in advance to all the time keepers and marshals. It's a long stretch especially if it's a bad weather day. Cheers.

Thankyou to everyone who made the Handicap 10 possible today and gave up their time to stand out in the dreary rainy conditions! Thanks to all of the timekeepers and Marshals and organisers in general. It was nice to get lots of support from not just the marshals but other runners too! As I past Paul Morris heading back towards the Park I shouted that I was on to break the hour! It got quite congested in the Park and I had a very tight gap between a Car and someone jogging just past the Cafe and clipped their arm getting past. They did not sound happy but a big thankyou to Daniel Luffman for apologising to them for me! I think I was a bit preocupied at the time! I had left it a bit late to pick the pace up so its my own fault I missed out really!  Chris Pristavec (who is a real gent) was a big help on the last couple of miles. It can be quite tough when you end up on your own. I find if I just zone out and focus on my breath it helps but its always good to let somebody else pull you along a bit. Matt was on fire today and I could not believe how quickly he caught me up! Very solid running indeed! Well done to everyone who braved the rain and ran today!

Huge thanks as ever to Jeff for organising, and to all the volunteers who must have been very cold standing around in the cold and rain, it was very much appreciated. Lots of great runs today, including many PBs, well done everyone!

This was my first Handicap 10 and really enjoyed it so a big thanks to Jeff and all the volunteers that made it such a great event
Also can I thank Jenny Martin who caught up with me with two miles to go and encouraged me to the end when I was starting to flag. Thanks Jenny
