Running through the beautiful Forest of Dean on firm forestry trails and paths. Measured and chip timed, fully marshalled, water stations every 3miles. for full details see www.forestofdean-halfmarathon.co.uk Based on previous years it'll fill up fast

Made the mistake of doing this 2 weeks prior to the London marathon last April. Along with the hot weather, I blame it for my marathon 'melt-down' from mile 16 onwards!!!!
