One to watch on-line this weekend - youngster, Masters track star, Castles Relay maestro and all round nice guy Mike Davies runs in the Mumbai Marathon.

Just got back after a month in India.... breathtaking.

Survived the marathon and many thanks for all the good wishes and sound advice .... besides....."Why?".

Hope to bore you all on the run tonight.
