Entries are now open for the Annual Handicap 10 mile.

The race is on 29 January 2017 and is open to any member of an affiliated athletics club.

The entry fee is £5 and this will also give you a brunch back at Llandaff Rugby Club.
All members are also invited to the AGM (which starts at 12 noon) and the club championships presentations for 2016.

You can enter on this thread (only) - I doubt if I will be at the club before 5 January but I may have someone there to take entries.

Start times are calculated to give a finishing time of 10am. I have start times for everyone who ran a road race in 2016. I will publish a start list of entries regularly.

Please note that the times are not negotiable unless you want to start later i.e. a faster time!

I would prefer it if you could enter and pay before the event but if that is not possible please let me have your intention to run on this thread.

I am also looking for helpers on the day - please give me that information on this thread as well.

a quality event. Well organised and put together a simple yet fair route.

put me down. nice to have a reasonably priced race bonus.

wont be here to do the handicap,( nor attend AGM sorry) but for those who haven`t done the handicap before, this is a cracking club event-great fun!
