You may know that the Llanelli half marathon is back, now organised by the team behind the Swansea HM. Early bird price of £20 plus booking fee closes at midnight 28 November. click here

Anyone from the club running Llanelli Half next Sunday? Stu, Chad and I are. If you would like a lift, we're leaving Llandaff North around 6:40-6:45, room for two more. It's an early start!
