Huge thanks going out tonight to Karen Chadwell!
Karen did a superb job at guiding me on this cool course today.

About 1130 runners.

This event was very, very exciting!!!!

Telling me that there are speed bumps on a challenging hill, whilst short for breath (Not as short as me LOL) was rather tricky too.
She also did extremely well at getting us safely around some very sharp bends, down hill at high speed!
There were also some big boulders and bollards that just appeared out of the mass of legs in front of us during the first two miles.
That woke us up LOL

If you have not participated in this event then sign up next year. It was lots of fun and extremely well organised.

We even got to run with Snow White for part of the race. A slightly more hairy version than the original. :)

Also thanks to Claire Jarram (Jones on Facebook) for our warm up run around the immediate area. Even that was fun too!
What a kind lady you are.

and....if I have not convinced you to sign up yet then just be aware that they sell the best dang Welsh cakes in the universe!
Trust me...I know my food!
You even get a free one for completing the run. YUM!

LC forever!

Yes it was a VERY interesting race.I managed to do one of my infamous falls just after the 2k mark but managed to get round.I feel rather sore but am used to it!It gave the first aid ambulance something to do afterwards!Clare Johnson also required treatment as well.I also notice that I haven't as yet been included in the club results for the race although I have let Ed know.It was just one of those days!Nice race though and different having a coaster.
