Anyone know anything about this, I believe the Club organise a group? - Couple of people at work want to do it

If you go to the LCRC homepage, there's a tab there to take you to 'off the couch', alternatively there's a group of Facebook called Croups off the Couch. The current group is nearing the end of the c25k programme, but as far as I know there's no date set yet for the next cycle.
