Great news Oli. Saw Clive Osmond in Brecon and he hopes to compete.
I'm unlikely to run Rose inn on Tuesday but hope to run the short stuff at Singleton. Looking for a few others to run the 4 x 200m.

Conditions were reasonable at Swansea last night except for a headwind in the finishing straight.
A small representation from the club:
Mal Farnham - Shot + 100m,
Eirian Arwyn - most events
Claire Bruce, Matthew Parkes, Rob Evans - 1500m
Clive Osmond - 800m
Mike Davies - 100m, 400m, 800m
Nobody from the club in the pole vault.
