First of a number of posts about up-coming races - I'm trying to add them to the Race Calendar as well - this one clashes with Old Father Time Seven Sins Run - Forest of DeanNow in its 4th year the over subscribed 7 mile run up 7 nasty hills and through 2 long water tunnels is very polpular. It is a very tough hill run through the Forest of Dean and takes in some of the beautiful scenery and some of the Forests History as you run almost waist deep in icy water through the under road waterways. If you can complete the run in under 60 mins you will be awarded the coveted SUB 60 Tee shirt.. Pride is still awarded for those outside the hour with a well earned finishers medal.
