Is there anyone who has a BBQ that we can borrow for the Summer Sizzler and also we need someone to do the cooking!! As the event is next week I need to know fairly quickly.

can't you ask the le'croups committee for a donation. asda are doing one for £499
it will last for a long time.

I'm getting a bit desperate now before Wednesday - is there anyone who is any good and cooking on a BBQ? At this rate I'll be cancelling the Sizzler.

May be a funny question, but does there have to be a BBQ?
Sure, that was the original intention, but given that the event produced a world best 2 years ago, can't the term Sizzler simply describe the quality of the runners?
After all, people come for the event as well as the food.

Msybe we could have rolls insteads and rethink for next year. It would be a shame to discountine the event when alot of the summer series are coming to end, plus the fact its so popular too.
