I wondered does anyone use a wireless scales to track weight. I put on weight too easily. and am heaver than I've been for a while.. I need the tracker motivation on this..
so don't fancy paying 120 quid for the garmin wireless scales.. but really need to put it into an app and track it..
any one use one that works well

Take up cycling if you want to lose a shed load of weight. I have lost a stone since I took it up. Need to start running to put a little while on Edited by user 11 June 2016 12:22:01(UTC)

I would blame being married. Bet your wife is amazing and cooks you delicious food so you are eating more! So to counter act that do what Jerome suggests and maybe cycle to work more often?

James, if you have an iphone they have a free health app that you can log your weight, heart rate etc on for free. Motivation is not usually higher just because you've paid for something it just makes the guilt stronger when you don't achieve your goal. Good luck and stay healthy.

James - it sounds like you have the same problem as me. It's called 'Overactive Hand Syndrome'. The symptoms are easily identifiable - whenever food is nearby your hand just automatically tries to put it in your mouth !!!!! Stay strong my friend.

A variation on the seafood diet, I've been on that since the marathon taper for London.

Oh god your right Evatt.. the dispenser machine at work is horrible..I struggle to avoid the crisps just one. as I’m running tonight is my logic then 1 becomes 3.. frustration is that I know i'm stronger than a few years about but a fair bit heavier.. and I can feel it on the faster reps.. easy to put on.. hard to work off..
