I trust you are all well.
On Saturday 14-05-16 Karen C and I will be going to Ponty for the Park Run.
However, we are doing it slightly differently!
Karen the demanding lady and queen of pacing that she is suggested that we have a wee jog first prior to the PR.
So having my arm twisted wink, wink, nudge nudge...I am going along :)
So we are meeting at 7.30am at Taffs Well train station and running from there!!!
Now how cool is that guys and girls!
Just think about that for a minute...
I have been getting the Valley train for 15 years and going back and forth from Cardiff to Llwynypia but who would of thought that one day I would run from Taff to Ponty. Now that is cool.
Exciting or what?!
It is roughly 6 miles from T to P. Then PR makes it just over 9 miles.
It would be very cool if other runner lovers from LC could join us.
Then LC swarm into Pontypridd have an extremely cool morning and start the day in the best way possible by running!
See you at 7.30am Saturday when we live on the edge and do things a little differently!
