The weather looks promising for tommorow. It looks like there is little wind and a low chance of rain until the afternoon. Its going to be far better condotions than the Handicap ten! have a great run - hope you make the seniors team. Then slow down for next year so you run in the vets (just kidding)..
you planning on coming back running with the club anytime soon..? you are missed at the track on Tuesdays..

Havent done anywhere near as many miles as I would have liked this last month but I intend to have a good go tommorow anyway. I am making an effort to get down the club on a Thursday where possible and enjoyed my last two visits. Perhaps an odd track session would be good too. If I can get down there I will try and make it. Speedwork is certainly best not done alone, always find it tough! .

It was a lovely day for running today.
Thanks to all who made the event possible.
It was a very cool start to the day.
Also please put your hands together for Jenny.
This was her first time Guide Running today and she was brilliant.
Thanks for making my run possible Jenny!
The dogs and kids on small devices might have been out to get us but we survived!

Pleasure running with you today Stu - I'm just glad my novice attempts at guide running didn't result in us crashing, despite what felt like every dog on the Taff Trail making a beeline for us!
