Cafe Castan - group long run this weekend

I'm not around this Sunday for the group long run, so will be doing mine on Saturday morning /tomorrow instead. Planning on doing the 16 mile route, heading out a bit earlier than normal, about 8.15am. If anyone would like to join me let me know  Could meet at Castan (if there are a few of us) or at the start of Parkrun.

Janet - I know it doesn't tie in but we are starting at 7.30 from club if you want to join us. Will be Ben, Neema, James, myself, Andy and Martin. Andy and Martin will probably form their own group ahead of us! Anyone else free to join- relays on Sunday for some of us too.

Richard, I'm hoping to be there tomorrow morning. I've picked up a bit of an injury which has derailed my marathon training a bit, but I'm going to see what it feels like to run on tomorrow. I may not get too far...I'm desperate to do the final hill session of the Winter on Monday but don't want that to be my first run for a week so feel I need to get out tomorrow!
It's always worth turning up on a Sunday morning though. There's usually someone to run with and even if nobody turns up then at least you're already out of the house and ready to run yourself. There are a few people doing the Greater Manchester Marathon tomorrow and there's also the Welsh Road Relays in the afternoon so there may be a smaller turnout than normal.
