I will be there at 0930hrs 13 / 15 miles 9 ish min a mile, will I be the lone Ranger, sorry runner

Roy - thanks for asking - i suspect it will be a small turnout after today's excitement. May turn up for easy 10, if i know others will be there, as a lot of us are actually training for a marathon!

Just back from Gatekeepers. Thanks to Janet for posting. Understandably relatively small turnout (by Les C standards) as a lot of people cold and wet after day. A few of us still aim to be there Sunday incl. Aine, Neema and myself.
