After the excellent club do last night it's back to the serious matter of the group long run tomorrow morning. As usual please meet near Cafe Castan in Llandaff Fields for a 9:30am start. I'm planning to do 18 miles again this week at between 9-9:30 min/mile pace.

I expect there'll be quite a few others doing different distances and paces so please post your intentions as it really helps those who aren't sure whether they'll have anyone to run with.

Good luck to all those people racing tomorrow.

Thanks for posting, Paul - weather looking good. Doing Bath Half myself. Everyone have good run, whatever distance or race. Dragon 10k may be on when you are finishing.

I'm doing Llanelli half to avoid another trip up the 'Black Cock'. Have fun 😊.

Thanks to all in the 10:30 group for dragging an old man around 16 miles. Stunning weather today, hoping it lasts for next weekend.

Thanks to PaulC for posting and to all who ran this morning - my first time doing Coq du Nord this year (and it felt like it!). Well done to Nicky for the extras at the end. The mini group with me did 18.3 according to Lucy which gave us an average of 9:24 mpm or 9:14 excl. the 3 minutes stop at top so spot on.
