Here are the final instructions for all helpers for Sunday morning. Thanks for your help.
Please be at the start area by 07:30 and collect a bib if you do not have a hi-viz jacket etc.
Please store the mobile telephone number of Dave Hodges our First Aider. Call him if there is a minor incident – call 999 if it is serious.

The marshalling points and other duties are shown below. I have already spoken to several of you about marshalling etc.

Llandaff Fields crossroads – Eirian Arwyn
Llandaff Fields Car Park (small gate to park) – Michelle Amblin
Llandaff Fields Car Park (Cathedral Road entrance) – Elio Lepore
Penhill Traffic Lights – Mike and Tina Rossiter
Cardiff Road entrance to Llandaff Fields – Ann Bladen
Top of Pontcanna Fields – Annie Conroy and Karen Ball
Spine road turn to Blackweir Bridge – Claire Bruce
Blackweir Bridge Pontcanna end – Chris Pristavec
Millennium Bridge WIS end – Julie Lewis
Millenium Bridge Bute Park end – Steve Lewis
Parkrun crossroads – Rob Evans and Gethin Parker
Blackweir Bridge Bute Park end – Julie Broughton
Turn round point by Western Avenue Bridge – Steve Owen and Terry Caveney

Looks like I'm also out - a spectacular slip and Buster Keatonesque doing of the splits today
Result, humiliation and hamstring or somesuch gone. Gutted. Was so looking forward to this
