What better way to start 2016 than helping those less fortunate than ourselves? I know this is not purely running related so apologies.
Abyd Aziz from our friends at Penarth and Dinas is once again collecting unwanted clothes - trainers, shoes (mens size 7-10) and small men's clothes. I am sure there are loads of unused running tee shirts and others clothes lurking in drawers and wardrobes across the city so dig them out and I will be a collection point to pass them on.
These clothes are for the people in the camps in Calais, and other places across Europe, and are vitally needed in this cold wet weather.

I have umpteen tops and a couple of high mileage but washed trainers.. When shall I catch your with them Claire?
