With all this ice around, some bright ideas may be needed to avoid untreated routes and if anything like today, would suggest keeping to flat roads in built up areas. Anyway a bunch of us are doing the Riverbank Rollick so will have plenty to think about underfoot. If anyone has thoughts about where to run on Sunday, feel free to post them here. Maybe 64 laps round Jenner Park, Mick? No ice related injuries please!

I'm hoping to meet up for the Sunday morning group run, although this will of course depend on the weather conditions.

I plan to do 14 miles from Cafe Castan but if it's too icy I'll wait until later or do a different route.

The weather forecast looks relatively tropical for tomorrow (5 degrees 8/9am) so no risk of ice. :-)
I'm meeting Stuart off the train in Llandaf at 9:05 and will run up thru Hailey Park towards cafe castan- hope to bump into some of you out and about - hopefully not literally ;-)

If things are anything like today, cold but dry, I don't see any need to amend our normal session - but let's all meet up at 9.30 anyway and makes plans from there. Good luck to all of you doing the Riverbank Rollick.

Hope the ice doesn't affect plans. I was intending to make an attempt up that famous hill tomorrow 😊. Hope to see some of you there.

Folks, myself and Stuart will no longer be out and about as his train is cancelled. You may see me, or more likely I will go back to sleep!
Enjoy your run!

It was my intention to run, but over slept this morning. I guess the comfort of my bed was far too overwhelming.
